After about 2 weeks of searching I fold. I'm building a midi control rig for a VST guitar emulator. I have a bag of Rack & Gear sets for the Crybaby which will be my drivetrain but cannot find a suitable potentiometer for the gear.

I need something on the 'precision' end of the spectrum as it will take some abuse and cycling.

Specs...
Single turn
10k
min .5 Watt
5%-10% tolerance
1/4 inch D shaft
Exposed Shaft length at least 3/4 inch long

Closest match so far was at Mouser .. something like the 882-EUP1100-10K

I've found plenty of sites and plenty of 'almosts' but the D shaft & length is killing me. I'm going to need about 6 of them so I'm trying to stay comfortable on the price.

Any thoughts?

You might have to change the wafers yourself, but if you're after 6 of them... Don't know what to tell you.

Sorry to resurrect an old thread, but I was searching for the same thing to convert two old Dunlop Cry Baby pedals into 10K TR plug expression pedals for my Line6 M13, and I think I found the pot that we're both looking for:
