C4 220nF
D1 - D4 MA165
IC CA3260E
C9 220pF !

i redraw the schematic which was on freeinfosociety.com
i also found this schematic on schematicheaven.com
but both were not really high res pic so i decided to redraw it and post it here
maybe someone can verify this schem

Oh that's an old recording of mine in the DIYstomps thread lol.
I still use the pedal a lot.

Thanks for the schem it's more readable than the factory one.
Ibanez did the "improved" tube screamer all by themselves 25 years ago.
