I asked for samples some time back but received nothing.. I guess they figure out of country is too hard..

sorry to sound ignorant....can these be etched with ferric or do they have to be done with UV?

They are UV light exposed with your labeling graphic and etched away with ordinary water!

ID-MARK sheets are photopolymer resist coated sheets of aluminum and polyester. The resist cures when exposed to UV light and rinses away with simple tap water in the unexposed areas, leaving behind spot color graphic images. The process is as follows:

1.Create artwork using any software
2.Print film through which the ID-MARK sheet will be exposed
3.Expose sheet to UV light in a suitable exposure device
4.Rinse or Develop sheet with water
5.Dry sheet

Greg_G - There is also a UK company Dantech (http://www.idmark.com/idmark) who sells ID-Mark sheets. But you being in Australia this probably doesn't help your shipping situation.
