I have a few Boss, Dod and Digitech PDS pedals in need of repair, all of which are missing their back panels. Is there anywhere I can buy cheap replacements? I was thinking I could either keep an eye out for cheap pedals to scavenge or try and fabricate panels with sheets of aluminium and a nibbler but buying the OEM parts would be even better. Thanks.

If I need to get the ball rolling I have a panel from a Marshall pedal (probably a Jackhammer) which I can trade :)

I was wondering the same thing. I have about 10 Dod pedals that are missing their battery covers. I was wondering if it would be possible to carefully melt plastic and recast these parts in a mold.

Have been wondering exactly the same once and have been investigating the startup costs for having a batch of battery covers produced (Ibz 9's). A hell of a job.
Sorry. Plain out of planes.

I got in contact with Digitech and they've promised to have a look for some battery doors and knobs. I'm probably going to make a few back panels from some scrap sheet metal and a nibbler. I think PC cases might be too light a gauge but they're so easy to salvage I might as well give it a shot.
