Is it worth it to take apart this radio from 80s

A friend gave me this Sharp GF 4646 radio, which he said he bought 1983 year. It's pretty well made, and not so easy to take apart. Am I going to find any op-amps or transistors I could take from it and re-use?
Are these 80s radios made with SMD?

You might score some original JRC4558D for Tube Screamer clones

Some old boom boxes can be sold on ebay for more than the few parts they might cough up.
It might be a fun project to re-purpose one into a portable guitar rig or noise synth. Maybe when you tear it apart save the screws and power supply and make the shell into something bad.

There may be some 2SC1815 transistors in it,probably some nice small value ceramic caps, etc,my understanding is that surface-mount resistors and etc weren't generally avalible in the early 80's......

@ Lonkero, I sent you some vintage part's for free in the mail and you didn't even send me a fucking "thank you" cocksucker. You are a fucking germ my friend, FUCK YOU! You really left a bad taste in my mouth. Maybe I'll send you some peanuts, I still have your address.
Johno.
MOD EDIT: There's really no need to threaten terrorist activities over a few mojo parts.

I thanked you
many times during the Private Messaging regarding the matter, and to make sure I did, I looked at the PM's sent to you. Maybe you have a dementia coming or is this just another of your bad jokes?
Instead of sending me some anthrax, why don't you come and visit to Finland. We have an excellent and free health care even with the brain memory problems

Okay, so here's the bastard took apart. No 8-pin op-amps inside, instead 3 transistors and bunch of other stuff I took out. Too bad many of the caps are only rated for 10V

Mojo Superfuzz...
@Lonkero: was it really worth the work? You found parts that are worth about $1 new... And using 30 years old electrolytics is not a good idea. btw: parts that are only rated for 10V are good enough if they only see Vref.
Those old Sharp radio didn´t sound bad, I had exactly that model as my first cassette player at the age of 8. It would have made a good kitchen radio...

Yeah it was...and a good practise. It was broken anyway, the FM radio didnt work, neither the cassette player. I've always enjoyed braking stuff
