the octave part look like the Green ringer.

does anyone know the order of the three circuits? of if are they all in parallel?

Seems to just be in series: right to left, like on some video demos I've seen.
The octave part is an exact Green Ringer, though this is the first I've seen with a toggle to disable the octave. The new ones don't have that. When I clone this, I'll add an order switch or extra jacks to be able to use the Ringer after the Muff half, not just the Tone Bender's.
There's also a "Cloven" version where the Hoof circuit is changed to all silicon transistors, along with minor clipping differences.

yeah i first thought that that might be the order but i'm starting to think the octave is first (by looking at the gut shot) and i read in a review that it seems to go octave, reaper, hoof, so i think i'm just going to build the three PCBs and then run them in series in different variations to see what i like best.

i used 2N1308's for the Hoof and a 2N1306 for the Tone Reaper
