I'd like to be able to use my synth and guitar simultaneously - Battles style : )

I'm currently just using my TB looper to switch between the two but that method doesn't allow me to use both at once. If I just build a box with two inputs going to one output, will that cause any issues/is that problematic? I know the Boss LS-2 can have to effects running parallel but that involves all the inards that make it happen.

You can do better than that. Put each one through an inverting buffer and then use an inverting summing amplifier. That'll let you have volume controls or a mix control, no interference and it'll take like, 10-15 components.
Testing, testing, won too fwee
