2N2646 unijunction transistors

Anyone know where I can get some cheap 2N2646 unijunction transistors? The cheapest I can find them £1.72 each at Farnell in the UK.

I found an ebay seller selling them at £1.20 but the postage is £2.50 for each one ...

I am looking for five. I am making a Vox Repeat Percussion. I have made several Repeat Percussion's and, from past experience, I have found you need a few 2N2646 transistors to try out to get a good one as some don't work very well in the circuit.

Ask the ebay seller; I'm sure they'll post all 5 for £2.50 if you ask nicely.

That ebay seller will probably do combined shipping but I'm hoping to find the transistors a bit cheaper if possible as 5 transistors at 1.20 plus 2.50 equals £8 for one part!
