Simms Watt GE-100 Pre Amp Only

I aquired a Simms Watt GE-100 Preamp a couple of weeks ago and am not realy sure what to do with it

Are there any parts in worth salvaging or is anyone interested in buying as is ?

that thing looks cool! 8 band inductor eq? hell yeah. does it work? how's it sound?

Apprantley it works but I have no way of testing it. Shame it doesn't have the rather nice powertube section that belongs to it
