I know this is a couple years too late but in case anyone else needs the info... Here's some pics of a Dearmond Weeper Wah 1802. Gutshot also...

Looking at it from above it appears to be a Crybaby circuit with a 100k resistor instead of a 82k resistor in parallel with the 4.7uf electro cap.
