Ok, so during my christmas I had to do something, right? So here is the schematic. Enjoy! Still, need to figure out the potmeters, rest is clear.

Nice one Rogier!! That's one way to make a christmas usefull! Thanks for sharing!

However, there are some places where I do add questionmarks (That's not bad, wait till AG comes along and nails all your deadspots sharp ;) ), mainly in the delay tome control circuit around the MN3102 as well as the analog filtering before and after the BBD. That said, Pearls are bitches to trace. Swell job!

Just comment as much as you can :) Delays are not the things I usually work on so errors are easy to get!

Anyone have the Pearl AD-08 schematic? The link at the top no longer works.

Could someone share some light on this?

The FET input buffer keeps blowing up. I've replaced it with all kind of FET's but it breaks every 1 or 2 weeks or so. The result is a very low output signal (both bypass as effect output) that is cured by replacing the FET. I've replaced almost everything in this pedal that should be considered (filter caps, all parts around the FET input, added some protection diodes) but to no avail. I power it by a Dunlop DC-10 that I've been using for all my life! My other pedals have no issues (yet).

Any ideas where to look?

That transistor is the output buffer's transistor, the FET is the 2SK105

Try with with 2SC2240 as Q1 (colector to V+, emiter to R58, base to R1 and reduce to 1K).
Necessarily connect sleeve to ground, you don't have drawn on schematic.

Sure it works, still, I figure why the FET would break.

Anyone has an idea on why this is happening???
