Square pc mount jacks?

Looking for a particular component or hardware part and you just cannot find it? Got comoonents surplus and want to get rid of it? Post it all here... No sales of working pedals, put these in the 'Seen for sale' section please.

Anyone know where to get these square pc mount jacks from? Got a guyatone wah rocker and the pcb was ripped out of the enclosure without the nut being removed from the jacks. Pics:

If you're willing to rework the PCB a little you canb get replacements at smallbear. (plugs, jacks, page 8)
