The first is a black diode (I tested it, it IS a diode, Vf is about 1,9V), the label is "DLL". (The black brick is known, it is an old Si diode, maybe from the DDR.)

And the others:

The labels are: E500C3, E600C3, E700C3. These may be selenium rectifiers, but I'm not shure. I've never seen anything similar.

Anyone seen these before?

E600C3 seems some kind of diode, yes:

I found that site, thats why I think they could be diodes. But my component tester says "unidentified or faulty device". For all 4 of them.

Have you seen this one?

Seems to confirm that they're selenium diodes (or rectifiers?) indeed.

PS: They could really make for a soft clipping, hard-to-clone TS incarnation, hehe.

I seem to remember seeing one or two of them in an old Tube based Oscilloscope once, they are indeed Selenium diodes, with a PIV (Peak Inverse Voltage) of maybe a couple of thousand volts.... :thumbsup
