Please help me identifying these parts
The first is a black diode (I tested it, it IS a diode, Vf is about 1,9V), the label is "DLL". (The black brick is known, it is an old Si diode, maybe from the DDR.)

And the others:

The labels are: E500C3, E600C3, E700C3. These may be selenium rectifiers, but I'm not shure. I've never seen anything similar.
Anyone seen these before?

Have you seen this one?

Seems to confirm that they're selenium diodes (or rectifiers?) indeed.

PS: They could really make for a soft clipping, hard-to-clone TS incarnation, hehe.

I seem to remember seeing one or two of them in an old Tube based Oscilloscope once, they are indeed Selenium diodes, with a PIV (Peak Inverse Voltage) of maybe a couple of thousand volts....
