Tone Stack help

I found this on a website and was wondering if anyone has used this or has any thoughts on it. I'm looking for a good tone stack with lots of options. It says its incomplete, but being new to the whole DIY stuff im a bit confused.

It is essentially the Dumble tone stack from the Overdrive Special aka the Skyline EQ. Have a look around the web for a schematic and you can get the rest of the info. IMO it is a very versatile tonestack.
