Hey all,
recently my local electronics supplier stopped carrying stripboard and so i'm trying to find a decent online supplier. everything I've found seems to be in the UK, but I'm sure I'm just proving how incompetent I am at googling :?

Where does everyone order from? I tried smallbear and pedalpartsplus and they don't carry anything.

Thanks

I buy my Vero/Stripboard from Jaycar Electronics, you can order things online from them as they've got an online website, just type "Jaycar" in google search.... :thumbsup

you can find it cheap on eBay. just beware of some of the quality- make sure you get the kind with full strips, not the kind that looks like small round perf style pads. the copper lifts very easily.

Not in the US, but FUTURLEC!!! Its cheap as hell and its great quality. I've built TONS of projects on it. Ships from Hong Kong (i think) so it can take a bit to arrive. I think the longest i've waited is 3 weeks, but sometimes only like a week. But it's cheap enough that you can just order a ton.

I've never really been able to find stripboard in the US. If you need actual VERO brand stuff, you can get it through Allied, but it ships from the UK and you have to pay extra handling unless youre getting a big order.

I know. its absurd. I love the stuff, and i've probably built more than 100 pedals on it, yet ive gotta go to lengths to get it.

stripboard is hard to find here because it isn't 1970 anymore :)

you can get small boards though for smaller projects from Aron's store over at DIYSB:
