Apparently a collaboration between Iron Ether and Craig Anderton, the Quadrafuzz in a stompbox format with some additional tricks (like variable Q/resonance and an overall frequency control that can be varied with a Moog-like CV). Looks like a very cool concept:

man, i've wanted to tweak that quadrafuzz for a while. pedal sounds great, i like it! i've always wanted to do this, but with more of a high gain fuzz circuit.
