The MojoMojo's a tasty sounding pedal - and one of the few that I've wanted to get my hands on.

Anyone got one 'undressed' yet ?

I'd like to see it too. Considering buying one since I'm on the market for mild-ish transparent, open sounding pedal. Kinda opposite of TS :)

Sure, I guess it's a Timmy clone, but who knows?

No, different (more elaborate) circuit.

I like it (at least for the EU49  ), but would have liked to have some more clean boost available.

I thought it's some EQ-shaping, a clipping stage & a Baxandall-type EQ-section.

I thought the schematic was out somewhere, but that might have been the brother-pedal (Dark Matter)

Bye

Possibly similar topology to the Dark Matter but with different values?

Hi,

Could very well be. Thought I'd seen the DM-sch long ago, but don't recall the details. Thought it was in low-res as well.

Always nice to know how it's doing it's thing (/mojo)

Unrelated, the MojoMojo has for now left the board. I was better served by a clean boost, which the MojoMojo doesn't really do (but in all fairness, I don't blame it for that)

Dark Matter Schematic is here. Possibly uses the same board as the Mojo Mojo with different values and/or a few different parts. There are unused parts places on the Dark Matter boards.

Just received the unit from a local. I will setup for hi-res gut shots - it is all chicklette parts so caps will be a problem to figure out but I will do an in-situ measure.

First pictures show an interesting case design with a contact switch for when it it opened.

More to come.

Looks pretty similar to the internals of the TC Dark Matter pedal, it has the same opto bypass setup as well. You may fid the trace easier if you check out the schematic for the dark matter pedal.

The contact switch you refer to when opening the case is just a grounding tag.
It's fairly straight forward, if you want to start it , press start. You can work out the rest of the controls for yourself !

No silicon heaven ? preposterous ! Where would all the calculators go ?

I noted several component areas unpopulated. Likely a common circuit board that can do multiple pedals. I will put it under the microscope this weekend.
