Its like heaven on earth for me.
Its really a surplus store. They don't get their stock from some distributor.
They get all their stuff from things like : People cleaning out their garage. Companies liquidating stock, and such.
Anyway...
Often times they get odd looking parts there.
So here is a cap from my trip there today:

At first glance I thought they were wire-wound resistors until I saw no wire.
They behave like caps and they were in the capacitor section (being in the right section isn't always a guarantee there though).
So who can ID this cap?
Type, etc.
I got the value, 0.22uF.
I got about 200 of them.
