Couple of quick questions, caps substitution and voltage

I have a couple of quick questions I hope someone can throw some light..

First, I'm building a Meathead, one of the caps says is 47pf, but the lower cap I found is 100pf. Would it be much of a difference? I see that the One Knob Fuzz uses 220pf in that position, but also some other values change. Should I try to find a 47pf?

Second, is there any difference when using capacitors of a higher voltage? I have a couple of 200V and 400V capacitors I could use, and I see some builds with big capacitors like these, including the ones from DAM. But what's the difference with using regular low V caps?

For the 47pF, use two 100pF in series, that would give you roughly 50pF wich is quite the same.

The other question: yes, you can use higher voltage rated caps and it will be fine, aside from the bigger size wich in some PCB could be a problem, but if they fit, then it's ok.
