Thanks!

You should be able to find what you want there at good prices.

Das Musikding have them for €1.30 and their minimum shipping is €3 (rises to €5 when you have more than six of these in the basket)

they don't even stock the regular alpha pots (the 6.25mm ones) :(

LaceSensor, Banzai might have a deal on shipping if you email them beforehand. I wanted to order some ICs and transistors that i couldn't get anywhere else once and they gave me free shipping. I'm in Berlin though, same city they are located, so maybe on international orders they are not as generous.

I know they don't but that's why I questioned the policy on suggestions, perhaps if a few of us asked them to stock them, they might? Same for futurlec, if they started stocking 3PDTs, Onboard Pots & a better selection of knobs, they'd be a damn useful supplier.

Coincidentally I just received a lot of stuff from tayda. Order was complete ie nothing missing, parts or good quality, all labelled up, and sent in a week from HK. I would love to have them as a one stop shop, more knobs, on board pots as suggested.

I totally agree, they're awesome. Cheap and everything is labelled, etc.
But shipping can take a while.

2 Packs got to me in about a week each, totally acceptable for me.
Got about 100 of their davies style knobs, really cheap, and good a quality as anywhere.
3pdt seem the same quality as other places too.
Everything else (transistors, ICs, etc etc look to be good too, and the prices are excellent = $0.50 for a pt2399!)

That's pretty good :thumbsup
where are you located? My orders always took about two weeks (and I hate to wait) and I'm in Europe. Two weeks later I already forgot what I wanted to do with them :D

has anyone contacted alpha directly? is there a minimum order etc?

I am currently working on a couple of pedal designs and if all goes well I am going to use these pots as well, after being unable to find any decent UK sources i am thinking of going direct to alpha and buy in bulk.

Unfortunately I need quite a bit more time to work on my designs but by the time i place my orders i will mention it on this forum so if any of you are still looking I can add to my order.
