Unless I missed something, the only switch I noticed on the schematic was a simple on/off switch for the 'clone mode'.
A spst would be fine....you can use the spdt as well if you have that already. As far as the wiring, I see 'in' and 'out'
pads labeled. I assume the ground uses one of the green pads along the right side and the +9V uses that red pad near
the top next to C9. Since your stompswitch is already wired, see Madbean's link as an example of how to wire the jacks
and other offboard parts:

In this case the input and output jacks would go their respected 'in' and 'out' pads on the board. The rest should be the same.
Ignore the wiring to and from the 4k7 resistor and LED, they are not used in this case. Also, the wire on the sleeve of the
input jack would go the one of the green ground pads on the board (it will be directed to the switch from there).
