Volt Rating? on components?
Hey pretty new at all this, just ordered a bunch of parts with 100v ratings, and they look a little big, just wondering if 100 is overkill and if its cool to use components around 25-50 volts. Thanks!

Depends on what circuit the part is being used in and where in the circuit the part is placed, and the voltage levels in the circuit, the parts need to be rated to be able to withstand the expected voltages without breaking down, or worse, exploding.....

Hey, sorry for not specifying...I was looking to make a rangemaster and bluesbreaker clone, so I am assuming it would have to be higher than 9volts right?
