Digital potentiometer sourcing?

I'm looking for a place to buy digital pots from 10k to 1M if possible, even if it seems rare to find digipots > 100k.
I checked tayda, mouser, futurelec, musikding and banzaimusic.. no luck, but maybe i overlooked something..

MAXIM only make them up to 100k; I honestly don't know that you will do any better than stacking a double chip (putting the two end to end and using the appropriate wiper) and that will get you 200k.

You may have to redesign your circuit around this limitation rather than look for an obscure part.
