What is that resistor in the loop? I am new at this so I don't even know if it is a resistor. Maybe a parts list?

the resistor is to drop the current going to the led.

the switch wiring look strange to me, i don't think this way is gonna work when bypassed.....

$150 for a box with a footswitch, four jacks, a pot, and an LED?
That makes me a sad panda.

You are correct, it won't. It needs to have a second wire connecting from the output jack to the unused lug on the "signal" side of the bypass switch.
This is a very poor feedback looper design. I have drawn up one that is much better. I will be posting it shortly.

i can recommend the forum at
http://www.experimentalistsanonymous.com
the main site also has a ton of schematics for all sorts of weird things, including stompboxes.
here's a nice tutorial thread for a feedback looper:

When illicit substances are involved anything sounds good.
Judging from that new Fuzz DVD there's more than just solder resin in those pedals...

Okay, I see now - it WILL work as shown I think, but it's wired in a sloppy way. If that diagramme follows the original wiring, then they're really wasting alot of wire. Anyway, here's my take on it with a more total bypassing arrangement:

I will post up another one soon that is the same as the DBA one.

There was a small mistake in my schematic. It has been corrected.

hi soulsonic, how would you wire up a 3PDT switch for your improved feedback loop design, cheers
