Ah........ that PT2395 is known

On second thought, I only know the PT2399....... hmmm, what's the difference?

There is a much better datasheet i have seen before, but this one came up first in google.

The 2395 can be used with 256K external ram.

Interestingly enough the pt2395 uses adaptive delta modulation... I'm not sure what the "adaptive" part means. Delta modulation is known for being efficient with bandwidth, but not so much for it's preservation of audio quality.

small bear sells the pt2395's.

I thought it was in the Dan Echo (as well)
It is for sure in the Visual Sound H20.

The delay looks really interesting, too bad that the price is so high.
