Hi every one.
I recently read about Mojoave amps ,which are really well made , and there's something pretty intersting on one of his product . The scorpion model has a lo mids and hi mids controls instead of only one mid knob.
I tried to find a clear guts picture but I found none.
So what do you think it could be ? a classic tweaked marshall/fender tonestack ?
It could be a divided bass pot to two other pots which it seems to be the more simple thing to do but maybe you have other ideas about that unusual tonestack.

Hi devastator,
I haven't played any Mojave amps before so I am just guessing here, but given the fact that these are heavily based on Marshalls I bet the lo Mid control is the standard mid control of the tonestack and the hi Mid control is just the presence control (negative feedback) as that is missing from the frontpanel.

yes they seem to be heavily tweaked marshall but it'd be strange to call the negative feedback "hi mids" , the feedback plays on the global sound and gain not only on this particular range of the signal. but who knows
(It'd be cooler if it's really something on the tonestack instead of just putting other name on a control , at least it'd be a little new )
