I remember looking for these pots after originally seeing this thread, i found what i believed to be similar if not exactly the same and they were prohibitively expensive like $12. unfortunately im not much help as i cant remember where i saw them... hmmmm.

after some searching do these fit the bill?

Damn those are expensive. But the ones in the Blackstone look like the 9mm Alpha pots that Small Bear sells, except the leads point down, the shafts are plastic and knurled, and there are little additional tabs for securing to the board.

Edit: more like this:

All I want to say, awesome pedal. I bought it after a long search 2 years ago. I found one in the Netherlands, I'm out of Germany you should know, and without an credit card it is pretty uncomfy to get one directly from Blackstone.

I had a lot of boutique pedals but that is with a huge distance head up to all of them! The hardest opponent was probably the Made in German "OKKO Diablo" and the Crowther HotCake, behind them the ZVex Box of Rock an the Fulltone OCD. But they all weren't that true, that accurate, the feeling of the Blackstone is just outstanding.

The only problem which I have got is, that the channel switch is slowly giving up, bit I think I should be successful changing it.

So, adjust your eyes and disect it!

Oh and a thought: I think it's pretty close to the Way Huge Fat Sandwich...

That seems unlikely, judging by this gutshot (supposed to be of a Fat Sandwich):

Any chance you would be willing to take yours apart and help solve the mystery?

Hmmm....probably dynamite. Or, I might just throw it at the ground repeatedly until it falls off.
