My guess is that its something kinda like a Foxx Tone Machine, except it has a pot to blend in the octave instead of a switch.

maybe a Fender Blender, hence the blend pot

Got ahold of a unit to get an official trace. It is indeed very Tone Machine, but with a blend on the octave and the tone stack removed. I left the LED circuitry off the schematic.
