Few more + dimension map to the old ones was added

Sizes of previous files was adjusted slightly to better match original dimensions

Here we go again.

First one is not an amp really, it's for VOX Grey Wah-Wah. Dead on board dimensions, very kind Swedish gentlemen took the measurements for me from his own unit.

Secondly - all templates ones again with outer dimensions. All the same, except Trainwreck - it was changed little according to new info I found out online

New one - Marshall JTM45, no-perfboard, close to what was done by subcontractor named Heathfield back in late 60's
