BIG MUFF triangle wiring help needed

I have a clone PCB from Pigeonfx ready to be wired up but I'm not sure where to put ground, input, +v wires etc.
I haver looked at any images I can find on the net and tried to work out what's needed but there are so many variations I can't quite work out what's going on. I want to wire it up with true bypass with an led but I'm not putting in a power switch.
Any assistance would be really appreciated. Here is a diagram of the pcb with numbers relating to points where wires are seen coming off.. where is ground, input and where is +v connected?

I believe this to be correct:
1. Input
2. Ground
3. V+
4. Ground
I think that thick trace from 2. leading to 4. is connected by a jumper.
Did your board from Pigeonfx not come with a wiring diagram?

No, there was no wiring diagram. This is my first build so I'm keen to get it right first time, don't have any way to test it if anything's wrong, not very competent at soldering either...only one way to learn. Thanks for your help.

Here is the layout from their website.

Check this out from Kitrae's terrific muff site. Scroll down a little bit and you'll see a good guide to compare with your board.

Blue= gain pot
Purple= volume pot
Green=Tone pot
Now you should be fine.

Got it working..very happy now. Using mostly 1uf caps, going to try .047uf caps in the clipping stage when they arrive, sounding good so far.
