Anybody know this AC jack?

Hi guys, I'm hoping to track down the AC adapter jack pictured here. Any help is much appreciated and I thank you in advance!

I've seen those and totally dig them but they're not switched. :cry:

They are. If it weren't for the fact that I prefer to leave that option to the user.
I've played a few too many stages where the thought "Fuck adapters" went through my mind when I had a singer or sax player tripping over em... again. In some cases batteries as a backup can be a bless.
