I made a pcb to make our life easier.I don't know if i put it in the correct topic.I hope this will help some people!300 dpi

There is a wrong at the In and out Jacks and pads.In is at the left and the out at the right

Love the idea of this PCB and is just what I was looking for!
Is it just the labelling that is wrong in the diagram?
