maybe a dumb question...
i only have single pole on/off/on switches at the moment...
can i wire a SP on/off/on switch to act like a SPDT on/on switch?
i'm building a second hearthrob with my own vero layout.
any interesting way to use the off position on an on/off/on switch with this circuit?

and a second question:
the superspeed obtainable with the switch is nice, but i can live without it.
what should i change to the circuit to ommit the switch and only leave the slower speeds on the dial?

I guess you could tie the middle and outer lug together to create the second 'on' position, but that would leave you with two positions on the switch that do the same thing.

But that's still the best solution -- better than have a 'dead' position.
