BTW, this baby rocks not only for guitar : you can consider using it as a main chorus unit in studio for anything you want : signal/noise ratio is higher than 100dB, it's really really quiet with big dynamics, it's a real studio processor that was put in a stompbox enclosure

Surely much better to use a 19" rack enclosure

I wouldn't be surprised if s.o start to sell it as PCB or kit soon without giving me any credit for my job as nowadays, as always, merchants are... pathetic (?).
Although, I'm not really sure about building it for now, as a calibrating method has probably to be determined and it probably needs an oscilloscope

According to a guy on gearsluts, you can get a 1210 schematic simply by asking it to TC, they'll send it to you.
But you'll have to create a PCB or copy it on the real unit if you think about building it.
I wouldn't be surprised if it was simply a double SCF with a sync sweep button added as all the pots on have the same functions.
If you look at the SCF, if the components were horizontaly implanted and the boards putted aside, you'd have a half-rack size PCB. Although I hadn't a 1210 at home to look inside, IMHO, it's probably simply a double SCF : the SCF quality is enough even now to match with studio use (although I'd recommand to put metal film resistors instead of carbon film and upgrade the AOps for burr-browns if you decide to build a new one : this should go further than the already very nice 100dB dynamics ) and the SCF sounds really great, so why TC would have bothered to create a totally new circuit?
The sync sweep is probably a switching that makes the rate pot of one channel acting on both so you've got a real (and not pseudo) stereo unit and syncing the sweep avoid to get something soundin a little odd with different rate on each channel.

I think it could be a nicer move if s.o decides to work on the Rockman chorus/delay as prices seem to rise on the second hand market as some are considering it as a vintage-collector blah blah blah to steal your money.

Other one marvellous chorus is the Moog ClusterFlux but cracking one would be real real badass job and building a clone too : if you consider that the Fooger schematics are on the forum and nobody has itented doing a PCB and I think nobody would build a copy. I got 6 Foogers, do not count on me to try to reverse the PCBs and layouts : I had real hard time on the SCF and those are worse, I prefer to buy the Moog stuff 2nd hand, although I'll have to find a way to get s.o buy a ClusterFlux as new for me in the U.S : 550€ a new one in EU, in the US, you can get it new for 370€ with the actual $ rate! Even the 2nd hand market is more expensive here than a US new unit!
