Component placing problem because of too much space!

Hey everyone.
I am slowly digging into PCB designing, and now I've encountered a silly problem.. I'm designing a no offboard wiring PCB for a Ruby amp with the bassman mods, with the board size suited for a particular box. The fact is I have too much space there, therefore I don't really know what configuration will work the best. If I were limited by space I think there would be no problem. ;p
So here's my layout. It's kinda done, but I'm not sure about it.
What should I change?

Ooops, just saw I connected the DC jack wrong way. It's now ok on my layout, but not the one shown here.
