this pedal works with 18AC or 18DC?
Why not use any Dunlop Uni-vibe control pedal or any wah-wah? I saw the сhinese universal wah enclosures, that can be used too. Only need install dual gang pot + switch.kymar wrote:I have stopped the project because I can not find suitable control pedal. Any suggestions?
But in my case I will not make the pedal, because I do not understand how to use it during the playing. Additional handle "speed" in my opinion is enough.

It's a bit pricey but here's an enclosure that gets you close to the original Uni-Vibe size:

That one might look pretty killer if you dress it up properly. I have one of their smaller sloped enclosures here and it's a very nice piece and well made.

Why not? It have (9v+9v) 0,8a, connected in series gives you 18v 0,8a which enough to the projectandregarcia57 wrote:This is the original scheme that uses 18-24 VACkymar wrote:his pedal works with 18AC or 18DC?

Sorry! Looking in datasheet, I saw that it had only 89 mA, this may not be enough

BTW, great build man!
Hello guys!
Today my Univibe started up with a half turn! And after fast bulb calibrating it sound that it should! Only thing that i don't like - 50 hz noise... Maybe I need better transformer?
Now I plan to make true light shield and wait enclosure and some other parts

Hello guys!
On holidays I spent some time in my friend garage and almost finished my Univibe project. I made my own enclosure from sheet polished stainless steel and decided not paint it. Now i need only proper vibrato/chorus switch, fuse and lamp. While the parcel has not arrived, speed control and simple switch in their places.
*sorry for that gold chicken head
