Help with wiring of Neutrik NTL1

Hello,
Can anybody in here help me with wiring a Neutrik NTL1 Isolation Transformer? I found this diagram on the web
As you can see there's a XLR jack used, but I want to use it with a regular mono jack. Am I right, that I just have to leave out Pin 2?
