I think I've got some 2N2646 Unijunction transistors in amongst my bits and pieces somewhere.......

I'd like one too.. I went the PUT route and ordered some 2n6027 from mouser, but having an original might be better. None needed though if the 2n6027 works fine.

Should be fairly easy to send some 2N2646 Unijunction Transistors over to you, I'll get some for you next Tuesday and get it all organized so I can post them off to you, I'll pm you once it's all sorted....
