There´s a sucker born every minute - and too many of them end up in the bootweak pedal biz.

I have one of those. On a single coil guitar, mine needs a boost beforehand to get the most out of the filters. Its weird, noisy and was pretty expensive. However, its just such a groovy thing altogether, and if you collect Colorsound its a must!

Mine's missing a battery cover, if anyone has a spare they don't mind selling.

Soon, I hope. My house is still having things done to it. I have a backlog of pics to show and will do them all at once.

Its a collector thing. Its meaningless to look at it in component terms, although I see this sort of complaint on the web all the time. Anyone who wants the sound, or an improved version of it, can always build one. Anyone STILL complaining obviously still wants an old one - why would that be?

I tried one of these in Larry Macari's shop in London many years ago - it was useless!

Will do.

I suppose daylight's best for this kind of photo - less glare.

Thanks for the photos....

left and right 8pin-chips are 3080, in the middle is a dual-opamp.

only necessary to clear some component values and then you can get rich on evilbay by selling it...

if you can shoot a photo of component side with at high resolution (like +2000 pixels) that will help us with identification. I don't even know how AG sees the 3080
