Help choosing components for a few projects

Hey guys,
I'm looking for a little help in finding the right components for the following fuzz face circuit:
I've been looking on Small Bear, but I don't think they have the right capacitors I'm looking for. I'm wanted to check to see as well if the following trimpot will be big enough to fit in the required space:

I was planning on using BC108 transistors and was wondering if anyone has used the Small Bear BC10x work-alike transistors. I've got plenty of resistors already but I was unsure about the rest of the components.
The next 2 projects I was looking at doing is are a Lovepedal Eternity Burst:
and a 1776 Effects Multiplex(as soon as they get the pcbs back in stock):

The only question I had with these two were which Film caps should I get:

The last item I wanted to cover was the veroboard for the first two pedals. I was looking and wanted to see if this was any good:
