Low Profile Electrolytics
Where is the best place to purchase low profile electrolytic caps? I have checked Small Bear, Tayda, Mammoth, and Pedal Parts Plus with little luck. Tayda had a couple values and the others don't indicate in the parts description.

Mouser. Shipping isn't cheap for small orders, so you may want to wait until you need a bunch of resistors or box film caps or something, but they have a great selection of low profile electrolytics that I use all the time. Once you get inside the Electrolytics category, one of the search tools will let you search by dimensions - find the shortest one and then go for smallest diameter after that. Usually the brand will be NIchicon, sometimes Panasonic.
Thanks for the suggestions. It is looking like Mouser may be best solution for one stop shopping.
roseblood11, your suggestion for uk-electronic made me think I should search subminiature instead of low-profile. This lead to a surprise. Parts Express has a selection of sub-mini caps at reasonable prices. Just need to be careful as the voltage ratings run 10-450v.
I have a surplus place nearby work that I will try first but will probably just need to work up an order for the pedals on my to-do list and hit Mouser.
Has anyone tried DigiKey? Their prices seem reasonable but I had a tough time navigating their part selection filter.
Thanks,
George
