"Vintage" Rangemasters with only a "changed transistor".
Looks to me like not only was the whole circuit changes, even the terminal strip is non-original....

I sent him this email...
In your auction you state that the transistor has been changed - but in reality, the transistor, the caps, the resistors, even the terminal strip is non-original. It looks like the input jack is also not original, and the battery clip has obviously has been changed as well. I truly hope that you just aren't aware of these changes, instead of trying to trick a buyer into thinking its a $5,000 all original Rangemaster.

Outer case looks home-made (you can see the hammer marks where it was bent). I've never seen an RM with a case that out of shape. Poor copy.

After conversing by email with the seller it has become obvious that he either A) doesn't know...or B) is good at acting like he doesnt know.
I suggested putting up a LOT more pictures, otherwise he's going to have some unhappy bidders....

I hope he finds somebody of those stupid idiots who pay more than $5.000,-- for such a piece of junk. And with "junk" I mean an original one too.
