ZT Amps - Extortion Pedal

New, with a couple of good ideas. The tone control seems to combine some aspects of the "tilt" style bass/treble balance and a mids control (there's a pic of its function in the vid). The DSP tone shaping (EQ and distortion in series with analog distortion) seems like an interesting idea, sort of like using one of the M series pedals after an analog dirt pedal. That said, the demo sounds awful to me...

Yep, that demo is crap ! Totally (or Tonally) muffled. That won't cut through the band - it won't even cut through melting butter !
I certainly won't be rushing out to buy one - and I definitely won't be bothering to try to clone it. No siree !
I've just been playing through my fabulous ZT Lunchbox today (before I knew of this pedal) - and got great sounds using my Zen Diver (clone of . . . guess what). That'll do just fine for me.

I do like the name... extortion.. that's a thumbed nose at the pedal building industry if ever I saw one..
