Looks like a ceramic multilayer cap to me. Just a regular old capacitor.

As for the code stamp... googling "capacitor LF30" found this page. Looks like that's a lead formation indicator. And I figure "090U" is the capacitance value but I'm not sure what it means. Maybe 90nF?

if that's in a JHS morning glory, then that part is actually a solid state fuse of sorts.

i find more information. it is proved.

it is brand of Littelfuse, model no is 30R090U. it is mean 30v , 0.9A.

and it install in the board of F1 location.

I think this type of device is called a Polyfuse or Polyswitch - 'poly' because it can be used over and over - ie, it resets itself, so you don't have to replace them like glass fuses.

I'm not sure how they do this - I think it's to do with a physical/chemical breakdown under stress (ie, too much current).

Some amp and computer manufacturers use them to protect the mains transformers.

Search for 'Polyfuse' or 'Polyswitch' for more info.

It would have helped if you had given us all the information that you had on it first, things like

Pedal make and type.
What the silk screen component identifier marking for it is (a fuse it is probably marked something like F1).
Position in circuit (being a fuse it is probably right after the power input ).
What it read with a multimeter.
