Hi

I want to build new fuzz face, based on the ff ri of fuzz central.

I want to change few things but i want you opinion to know if that possible.

First my transistor are ge (ac128) and q1 is 75 and q2 is 125)

The originaly fuzz control is 1k and i want to 5k
The volume control is 100 k and i want him to 250k

R1 is 27k : down the value to 20 k ( with joe robison emh i have now 22k)
R2 is 10k : down the value to 5 k ( with joe robison emh i have now 33k)
R3 is 1 k : values no change ( with joe robison emh i have now 1500)

Do i'm alright ?

can be good for my tone, i have a strat into a clean amp

Why do you want to make these changes? Is it just because they're the only components you have, or is there another reason? For the sake of a few pence I'd just buy the right resistors.

I'd worry about a 5k bias on the 2nd transistor, but it might well be fine. Why not stick it on the breadboard and see if it works?

I don't know what a joe robison emh is, I'm afraid.
