Pedal only works in bypass mode

So I built the Landgraff Boost on stripboard last night thanks to tagboardeffects and used their offboard wiring diagram as well. The pedal works wonderfully in effect mode and sounds quite good but switching it to bypass mode mutes the signal. What's going wrong here.
FWIW, this is my fifth stripboard build and I've used that same offboard wiring diagram on my other builds and its work great.
