EHX - Big Muff bass/guitar

what is the main diference between the guitar big muff and the bass big muff?

I'm guessing you mean between these two:
As far as I know, the bass one is just a Green Russian version. I've heard of plenty of people using it for guitar.

Yeah you'd be fine. I use a green russian clone on bass and it kills.

All the coupling capacitors are double the value in the Bass version.
