Bump!
I'm looking for something about this ESP bass preamp, too.
I just found this manual: https://espguitars.co.jp/guitarparts/wp ... Manual.pdf

This is what I could make sense of:

The 3rd op amp is most likely a single low-power op amp and its pinout should be the same as TL071. I named the double potentiometers' sections as "top" and "bottom", "top" being the closest section to the shaft.
Unfortunately, both the schematic and the wiring diagram are truncated. Also, I'm not sure about "passive treble", "B1", "B2" and "trimmer". Could you post an image of the gain trimmer?

Please let me know how close am I to the real thing, so I'll be able to draw a schematic.

The gain is the root white wires next to each other. One wire connected to pin one of gain trimmer and the other wire connected to pin 2 and 3 of the same gain trimmer

The schematic appears to include some questionable circuit choices. The one I like the least is biasing IC1B through no less than two resistors and two potentiometers

LATER EDIT: I forgot to put a +9V wire on the layout. You most likely figured it out, the red is +9V, green is Vref and black is GND.

Very strange indeed. Thanks for your help.

There's a little weirdness here and there.

I'm fairly certain the mid control has an error:
C9 should connect between IC2A pin 2 and the Mid pot pin 2 (wiper)
R13 should connect from IC1B pin 7 (where it already is connecting) to IC2A pin 2

If you search midrange control you should find many examples of the pattern. It is a very common midrange circuit.
Even the ratio of the capacitors C10/C9 is fairly typical.

(The input side of the Treble control only works with a passive pickup.)
