Not sure whether anyones interested but........ heres all the gut shots i took of this pedal. I haven't traced it myself but i thought someone here may be able to make short shrift of this. hopefully the pictures are clear enough to help. the board splits into the main circuit and the ancillaries power board. Its a very smooth sounding overdrive but volume output isn't the best (unity at 1400hrs)

any who for those that are interested: here they are

Ive labelled the caps on the power board- the caps on the main board that can't be seen are 100pf and 100n (104j) for the little yellow one, hope this is of use to someone. Id love for someone to do a verified stripboard layout?

My god! An original overdrive from a boutiquer!

Oh wait it's a tube screamer.

It seems to me that, looking at the topology and after hearing many of the Free the Tone pedals, many of them are based on the Tube Screamer.

That said, this demo makes me want to trace at least one of them:

The Providence and FTT ODs are all Tubescreamers. Here's a Providence Sonic Drive schem from a unit I reversed last year. The Flame Drive and Heat Blaster are built on the same board. The Stampede is a Tubescreamer with an SMPS supply for +/-15V and op amp input/output buffers. The Velvet Comp is just a Ross/Dyna. Their buffer is the Cornish bootstrapped BJT buffer. Phase Force is a Phase 90. Anadime is a Small Clone. Dunno what the newer ones are, but I doubt they're any more original.
