I'm getting a lot of static in the background of the wet signal on an Arion SCH-Z.
What should I look for?

I just did the vibe mode and am trying to figure out the rest of the TB etc also did the adjust output by putting a trimpot in place of R30, so the pedal doesnt have such a boost when it comes on. I am also having an issue with noise, wooshing and pulsing especially when the tone is down toward bass end. Changing the R30 to trimpot greatly reduced the noise as it brought the overall gain down. One other thing that has confused me, since the vibe mod was done, when I bypass in vibe mode no sound goes through, but when in regular chorus mode it bypasses fine. i assume this is because the mod is designed for TB also. I am wondering if there is a way to have the bypass remain buffered in both modes with tis mod. Id like to hear if anyone else has issues with the noise level. I read somewhere that it could be the bias on the BBD(bucket brigade device) which they assume there is a trimpot (there is on the sch-1 but not on the sch-z) TRy the R30 mode to bring down the noise level if you think that is the issue. My pedal had a pretty strong boost with that R30 in there. Try a 100k trimpot in place of R30 which is 47k stock. I used a 250k because its all I had, but 100k is probably better.Good Luck!
